 Director of Public Relations

Noelle has more than 12 years of experience, including work within the public sector environment managing nearly $2.5M in public outreach programs for over $1.4B in capital projects. She is adept at relationship-building with stakeholders from elected officials and business leaders to grassroots and community representatives and her expertise in consensus-building and communication keeps projects on track. Noelle’s commitment to customer service and knowledge of public outreach strategies has proven beneficial in developing, executing, and managing comprehensive public awareness campaigns (PAC). Her diligent work ethic, management skills, and commitment to the public relations profession has contributed to her clients gaining recognition and earning several prestigious awards in the public relations industry.

Senior Public Relations Specialist

Evelyn has more than seven years experience in public relations, community relations, translation, and office administration, has joined our team as a Senior Public Relations Specialist. Her experience not only includes development and implementation of outreach plans, but research and ascertainment, event planning, database maintenance, helpline maintenance, and the creation and distribution of press releases and construction alerts. Evelyn has provided her expertise in planning and implementing milestone events for cities and agencies including high-profile groundbreakings and ribbon cuttings. In addition to her public relations roles, she has provided translation services for Spanish-speaking constituents and consensus building among the Latino community.  Evelyn is a team player with a “can do” attitude that translates into effective community relations.

Intern

Prince, who is attending California State University, San Bernardino, is majoring in Communication-Public Relations. Prince's prior experience as a public relations intern, make him an extremely valuable asset to the SWE team. Prince is responsible for assisting the team on a variety of tasks for each of SWE’s current public relations contracts.
