Orange County Transportation Authority – Public Outreach for I-405 Improvement Project (RFP: 2-2053)

Simon Wong Engineering is requesting a Statement of Qualifications from qualified DBE subconsultants for OCTA’s Public Outreach for I-405 Improvement project. Subcontracting opportunities include printing and mail-house services.
Qualified firms are encouraged to participate in this project by submitting a letter of interest, which should indicate which service(s) your firm provides, and one qualifications package including resumes, related project experience, and certification documentation. Please email all information to Prince.Thompson@simonwongeng.com no later than Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 12 p.m.
Please note that SWE can assist DBE’s in obtaining bonding, lines of credit or insurance, and any technical assistance; as well as obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, and related assistance or services, if needed.

Join the 2012 Wong Walkers Race Team!

For the past four years our race team, the Wong Walkers, has been very special to our company. Breast cancer has been no stranger to members of the Simon Wong Engineering (SWE) family. Over the past two years, SWE has taken the journey with two of our own during their battle for life. In the same season in which we were able to celebrate one victory over cancer, we also suffered the loss of a coworker and friend whom we cared for deeply to the same disease. It is in honor and memory of these two amazing women that we will walk and/or run the 2012 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure 5k on Sunday, November 4, 2012.
At SWE we believe in community. We believe in helping others. We believe that together, we can make a difference in the life of a mother, sister, daughter, and friend!
